We have a large selection of premium quality engravable items. At Exclusive Engravings we handle trophies, plaques and all sorts of items that are engraved as gifts, awards or to mark special occasions. Exclusive Engravings, LLC currently use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all shipments.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged. Authorization is required if you decide to return or exchange an item. You must call the store manager as soon as you receive your items if there is a problem. We do our best to make sure our orders are accurate for you. The original order must be sent back to the store. You may exchange for merchandise of the same equal value if it is still in a serviceable condition.
Our obligation is limited to the cost of the item; shipping costs are not covered. A restocking fee equal to 10% of the value of the item will be charged for items returned after one week. Electronic devices are not eligible for exchange or refund after 30 days. Additionally, we are unable to exchange any undergarments, flip flops, or clothing that has been worn.
