Your support is optional. Here is how it helps, who receives it, and what to expect.
Who creates the content?
Arcane View 360 Publishing creates Abby & Axel's Adventures. Optional support helps fund more stories, videos, and learning activities for children and families.
Who receives my payment?
Exclusive Engravings, LLC receives support payments and transfers the funds to Arcane View 360 Publishing to help fund Abby & Axel's Adventures. Your checkout and payment confirmation may show Exclusive Engravings, LLC.
Is support required?
No. Our free content remains free for everyone. Supporting the project does not purchase a product, unlock special access, or create a subscription.
How much can I contribute?
Choose $1, $5, $10, or $25, or select Other amount to enter a whole-dollar amount from $1 to $100 USD. No amount is selected for you.
Is this a recurring payment?
No. Each support payment is one-time. It does not enroll you in a subscription or authorize future charges.
What will checkout show?
Payments use Exclusive Engravings, LLC's secure Shopify checkout. For Other amount, checkout lists $1 support units: a $15 contribution appears as quantity 15, totaling $15. If your cart contains merchandise or other items, those items also appear at checkout. Review the full order and total before paying.
Will I receive a confirmation?
After a successful payment, Shopify displays an order confirmation. Use your order number when contacting Exclusive Engravings, LLC about a support payment.
Is this a charitable donation?
No. These are voluntary payments supporting a commercial creative project, not tax-deductible charitable donations.
Is anything shipped?
No physical item is included with a support payment. Merchandise is purchased separately.
Payment mistakes or refund questions?
Contact Exclusive Engravings, LLC at sales@exclusiveengravings.com with your order number and a description of the issue, including duplicate or unintended payments. Please do not send card details. Review the store's refund policy.
