Express Package Ship is an authorized mailing, pickup and drop-off partner for Exclusive Engravings. It is not our production facility or an open Exclusive Engravings retail storefront.

Do not mail or leave a return, customer-owned product or engraving project at this location unless Exclusive Engravings has approved it and confirmed the arrangements in advance.

Order and Customer Support

For assistance with an existing order, include your name, order number and a brief explanation of the assistance needed.

For damaged, defective or incorrect products, include clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label when applicable.

Quotes and Custom Orders

To request a quote, email sales@exclusiveengravings.com with the available project information, including:

• Product type

• Quantity

• Engraving or personalization details

• Logo, photograph or artwork

• Requested completion or event date

• Shipping or local-pickup preference

Submitting a quote request does not automatically confirm pricing, production capacity or a completion date. Exclusive Engravings will provide confirmation after reviewing the project requirements.
