Shipping policy

When will my product ship? Products generally ship between 3-7 business days depending on shipping option chosen during checkout.

What does the shipping cost? Shipping prices for USPS are calculated upon checkout. There is a standard shipping rate with a longer delivery time depending on the weight of the product and two free shipping options. One free option is to pick up in the store and the second free option is items that can fit in a flat rate envelope, provided the item will not be damaged during shipment.

How can I track my item? Tracking information will be sent to your registered email upon shipping.

How do I save on shipping? 

1. Combine multiple items in your order.

2. Take advantage of free shipping specials.

3. Use promo codes when available.

4. Select the pick up in-store free option (you must pick up in store for this option).

How can I return an item, not clothing? Returns will not be accepted after 10 days. Damaged and wrongly-shipped items may be requested to be returned to us within 10 days at no cost to the purchaser unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Personalized items can only be exchanged if the fault is identified as an Exclusive Engravings fault. If the fault is on the customer all sales are final.

 How can I return a clothing item? Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Personalized items can only be exchanged if the fault is identified as an Exclusive Engravings fault. Are return items free of charge? Return items are at the expensive of Exclusive Engravings if the fault is a fault of Exclusive Engravings and have been agreed upon. If there is provable shipping damage the return fee will be at the cost of Exclusive Engravings, please note in this case only if the customer requests a free shipping label. The return shipping estimates are based on standard shipping costs. When the return is not the result of our error, estimated return shipping costs will be at the cost of the customer.
